In our life we are all programmed to stay healthy. So the key to keeping healthy is to keep the body healthy and prevent the body from becoming overwhelmed when we do things that do not actually help us live a healthy existence. This is the key to keeping an active mind and body of your body healthy and healthy for the rest of your life.
The body is like a muscle. It has to be kept in shape and it needs to be protected from damage and from all the little stuff that can make us feel tired, sick, and stressed.
