The podcast is about two guys who love their job, but want to better themselves. They go through some big changes to become healthier and happier people, and they want to talk about it. That is something that is very important to the podcast, so we’re glad to be a part of it. It’s a little different for us and our episode can be found here.

In the old days, when we were on the phone to somebody, we had to talk to someone about how we were going to change the world, and they got so upset when they saw our podcast. Nowadays, this is more common. While our podcast is a bit more personal, it has made a lot of sense to us. Its the same old thing with our new podcast. Its a great new thing to learn from.

One of the things that our podcast did was make the mental health of our listeners very clear. We talked about the differences between mental illness and mental health. We talked about the stigma and the shame and the fear that people feel about seeking help and getting help. We talked about the mental health crisis and how we could help if we were willing to talk about it.
It’s really important to talk about mental health. It’s important to talk about stigma and shame and fear and the fact that people don’t want to ask for help.
Mental health and mental illness are not the same, and it’s not the same for everyone.
