One of the most common questions asked of me when I talk about yoga is, “when do you start?” I’ve never been asked the same question about meditation. While meditation is often referred to as “meditation”, it is really more of a self-awareness meditation. Meditation is more about being present and not thinking about what you are thinking.

This is because we tend to think in terms of our mind, where we can only think about one thing at a time. As soon as we think about a whole bunch of things at once, they begin to compete with each other, so we can only concentrate on one thing at a time. This is one of the reasons why meditation is so hard to stick to.

In this case, the reason why is because of the mind–body problem. Since we can only think about one thing at a time, we can never actually focus our attention on the mind. I know, sounds weird, but that’s the way it is for all of us.

In one of the most common mental exercises, the mind is constantly racing. This is because if we think about one thing at a time, our mind will constantly think that we are thinking about something else. Because of this, we can never really focus on our breath or our heart rate or anything else that helps us to calm ourselves down.

We can think about everything at one time, but in reality, we are always in motion. It’s actually quite easy to slow down and focus on our breath. When we are breathing in and out, our mind will still be thinking about the next thing we need to do. Breathe in slowly and deeply and then breathe out slowly and deeply. This is how we can slow down our mind and focus on a single thought.

I was in a yoga class once. It was in a monastery and it was very quiet. My teacher was doing a pose and we were all breathing. I was actually thinking about my breath. I was thinking about how it felt to breathe in and out. I was thinking about the fact that I could breathe in and out and still be calm and still. It was really just a very focused exercise.
