Sometimes when you’re on the road, you forget to stop and think about the earth you’re standing on. When you stop and consider how the earth moves beneath you, you realize that it’s the same thing that moves the planet.
You probably know that earth has been moving in our solar system as far back as 4.37 billion years ago. What you don’t realize is how much that movement is responsible for our planet’s current state of balance and stability. In fact, the earth has experienced massive earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and other forms of catastrophic weather.
The ground and air are always the same. If you move in the same direction as the earth, you would see that each Earth has a different way to look at the future. When you move in the same direction, the difference between the Earth and the ground will be the same. If you move in the same direction, the difference between the Earth and the ground will be the same.
This happens every time we move. Every time we move, we look at the ground and the sky. We don’t see the Earth or the sky anymore. In fact, we don’t see much of the Earth or the sky in the first place. We don’t see the Earth in the first place because it’s always moving. And we don’t see the sky because it’s always the same.
Our goal in earth and aerial yoga has been to push and pull the Earth and the sky. In the first place, we’re supposed to be pushing them away from the sky. And it turns out that the sky and the Earth are two different things; we’re supposed to be pushing the Earth away from the sky, whereas we’re pushing the sky away from the ground.
Earth and sky are simply two different dimensions of the same thing. We can’t see it because, when we look at it, it all seems to line up just fine. Well, this is the problem with most yoga classes. Most yoga classes are so basic that they fail to teach you something new. This is especially true of yoga classes that focus on how to sit, stand, and move in a way that works for you. One of the core concepts at earth yoga classes is to find the center of your body.

There are so many different ways to sit, stand, and move that there are no common denominators. Instead of just focusing on how to sit, stand, and move, we need to figure out what works best for us.
To figure it out, you need to have some kind of body awareness. We’re going to start by sitting with our feet flat on a mat. Then we need to get our thighs nice and tight, the backs of our thighs are our core, and our core is our center.
