do kidney stones float

This is a true fact.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had them. Mine have been going on for a couple days now, and despite being a stone patient, I’m still a bit peeved about it. I suppose you can call it a hangover, but it’s not exactly a pleasant one.

If we don’t know every day we are going to die, and we probably won’t want to, then I’ll give it a shot. I guess we could call it a hangover, or at least a bit of a hangover, or something. But you’re right that it’s not really a hangover, but you can say if you have the slightest bit of a hangover.

The idea is that the kidney stones have gotten stuck in the ureter, and as a result the blood has built up there causing a pressure release problem. So when I pee, the urine will leak out and not be as clear (we need to flush the urine out, but it’s really not as bad as we imagined). This is probably going to be really frustrating as I have a kidney stone that keeps building up in its place. I hope I can keep it from getting any bigger.

Yep. I’m going to get a kidney stone. As we all know, these things are really uncomfortable. I can only hope that I can avoid them for at least a few days.

As a medical professional, I can tell you that this is a very serious condition. This is called a “chronic kidney stone.” It can grow to the size of a pea and cause severe pain and infections. This is why doctors usually recommend a kidney function check every six months.

I have to be honest. I know the kidney stones are probably uncomfortable, but if they don’t get bigger I might as well skip the check.

If the kidney stones do not change in size, then they are probably going to stay the way they are. This is because the kidney stones are like a sponge. If a kidney stone is a little bigger, it can take up to 24 hours to go away. At least that’s how long it usually takes me to get rid of the small ones. For the bigger ones, a little longer.

This is why you should always check your kidneys every six months. You never know when you might have a kidney stone and if they don’t go away, it might be time to visit a doctor.

The same is true for kidney stones. If you have one, you should always check your kidneys with a urine test. For the most part they will go away in a week or two, but that depends on the size of the stone. If it’s a larger one, they might take a lot longer, but again, you never know.
